A seasoned retail executive, Patricia joined CrossCap in 2013 as VP of Client Services. Patricia Kampmann has 20 years of experience in the strategic development and marketing of consumer products and lifestyle brands with deep domain knowledge of manufacturing, merchandising and business development. She has held executive positions in privately held start-ups and leading Fortune 500 companies such as Liz Claiborne, Coach, and Gymboree. Patty was most recently the President of DayOne Centers, Inc., a San Francisco based multi-store chain and online resource for pregnancy and parenting. Patty’s personal goals include transferring the knowledge of innovation, markets and business strategy gained in the corporate sector to non-profits working to solve society's most challenging social issues. Patty is actively involved in the San Francisco community and is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for all members of society.

Brice Wu, Treasurer

Senior Manager, Google

Brice first started assisting non-profit organizations in high school, when he worked as volunteer coordinator for the TreePeople, in Los Angeles, CA. Since then, he has worked as the treasurer of Student Agencies, Incorporated (America's oldest, independent, student run corporation), and served on the board of Charlottesville-based Building Goodness in April. Outside of volunteering, Brice has spent 12+ years working in Silicon Valley in a wide variety of engineering, operations, and management roles. Currently, Brice is a Senior Manager at Google, responsible for the development of media services vendors around the world. Brice holds a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University, a MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley, and a MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Clayton Chan

Chief Operating Officer, San Francisco Soup Company

Clayton is an experienced executive with expertise in marketing, brand management, merchandising and business development. He has successfully expanded consumer brands in the United States and Asia, and has consulted with clients in areas including market expansion, new product development and customer management. Clayton has held marketing, brand management, and sales positions at Procter & Gamble, Clorox, and Zoom Eyeworks. Clayton holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a former Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and has lived and worked in China and Hong Kong as an expatriate.

Lisa Caronna

City of Berkeley Deputy City Manager, Retired

Lisa is dedicated to working with the community to improve the quality of life for all people. Most recently she worked in the City of Berkeley for 15 years where she was first the Director of Parks Recreation and Waterfront and oversaw the design and maintenance of 52 parks, three recreation centers, the forestry division and the marina. She then moved into the City Managers unit as the Deputy City Manager and was responsible for more systemic organizational improvements and efficient operations. Lisa brings experience working collaboratively to move large organizations toward identified goals and tangible accomplishments.  Lisa has a Bachelor and Masters degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently on the Contra Costa County Affordable Housing Finance Committee and on the Board of organizations in her community. She is a person who values a culture of meaningful work and a chance for everyone to succeed.
